SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
Estimated Delivery Times: While we strive to deliver your items as fast as possible, please note that the following times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors such as customs processing.
- USA: 3–10 business days
Note: Shipping times do not include the 1-2 day order processing time.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

PACKAGING

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
For international orders (outside of the country where our warehouse is located), your package may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
- Responsibility: Fitness.Shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.
- Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Fitness.Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Tip: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Assistance: If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If you still cannot locate it, contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist you.
